Then, presuming I can find a router bit within tolerance for the height of the eject button, it looks like I could do this design as is for the corners.
if i thin down the parts on the inner edge i could potentially do away with the need for the eject button inset entirely.
i also want to bring out the PCB cut through to the front so that you can do a straight-through cut with a router @ around 1.8 to 2.0mm.
