I would think that all the backers now definitely want to see the cards happen, so probably an alternative ordering has to be found should the campaign not meet its goals...
well, let's get through this one first, we know that it's with the backers help (themselves) that we can reach more people, so they stand a higher chance of success if they can persuade others to back it as well.
