Dude, it's time for what folks around my part of the world call a 'vaycay' ;)
Go on holiday (as they say in Britain) for a couple days. Speaking of Britain -- a few days in the UK will do *anyone* some real wonders. Countryside, city, doesn't matter. London is a beautiful city, and the English countryside is equally exquisite... I wish I could be in either place right now myself... I have a friend in King's Lynn, which I've not been to -- ah, but funding is a problem for me.
I have so many nice memories of travelling abroad, back when Mom and I had a little money... when we arrived in what we both (somewhat jokingly) still refer to as "the great walled city of Chester" -- and the taxi driver there learned that Chester is my mother's maiden name -- he said, "Well, welcome home! Where have you been the last four hundred years?"
...I could go on but (a) someone would inevitably accuse me of spamming (probably will, anyways) and (b) I'd probably cry. I miss travelling.
You should get some memories like that, too, Luke. You know the old line as well as I do. "All work and no play..." ;) so go outside and play! Make time for it. No excuses ;)
